The risk of loss and title for items purchased by you pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier pursuant to MissGoodyTwoShoes.com's standard terms of sale.

TERMINATION AND EFFECT OF TERMINATION
In addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, MissGoodyTwoShoes.com may, without prior notice to you, immediately terminate the Agreement or revoke any or all of your rights granted under this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement, you shall immediately cease all access to and use of the Site and MissGoodyTwoShoes.com shall, in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, immediately revoke all password(s) and account identification issued to you and deny your access to and use of this Site in whole or in part. Any termination of this Agreement shall not affect the respective rights and obligations (including without limitation, payment obligations) of the parties arising before the date of termination.

INTERNATIONAL ACCESS
This Site may be accessed from countries other than the United States. This Site may contain products or references to products that are not available outside of the United States. Any such references do not imply that such products will be made available outside the United States. If you access and use this Site outside the United States you are responsible for complying with your local laws and regulations.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, MissGoodyTwoShoes.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. MissGoodyTwoShoes.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, MissGoodyTwoShoes.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

REMEDIES
You agree that MissGoodyTwoShoes.com remedy at law for any actual or threatened breach of this Agreement would be inadequate and that MissGoodyTwoShoes.com shall be entitled to specific performance or injunctive relief, or both, in addition to any damages that MissGoodyTwoShoes.com may be legally entitled to recover, together with reasonable expenses of any form of dispute resolution, including, without limitation, attorneys' fees.

No right or remedy of MissGoodyTwoShoes.com shall be exclusive of any other, whether at law or in equity, including without limitation damages injunctive relief, attorneys' fees and expenses.

No instance of waiver by MissGoodyTwoShoes.com of its rights or remedies under these terms and conditions shall imply any obligation to grant any similar, future or other waiver.

APPLICABLE LAW
By visiting this Site, you agree that the laws of the State of Oregon, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws, will govern these Terms of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and MissGoodyTwoShoes.com or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries.

 How Our Website Works

Goody Two Shoes has partnered with two other companies in order to bring you, the customer, a wide variety of products. These two companies are Global Footwear (Highest Heel/ Vivid Footwear) and Elegant Moments Lingerie. Which means our products are shipped from three separate places, the other being our Home Store (Goody Two Shoes) in Grants Pass, OR. This also means there are different return policies for each and you, the customer, will need to return each product according to that particular companies return policy. You can find which company to return your product to by which logo is on the products description page. As follows:

If the product has this logo:

It is from our Home Store "Goody Two Shoes" and you should follow the "Goody Two Shoes Merchandise Return Policy".

If the product has either of these logos:

Highest Heel CollectionVivid Footwear Collection

Then you should use the "Global Footwear Merchandise Return Policy".

Finally, if the product has this logo:

Elegant Moments

Then the Elegant Moments policies apply.

If you order from more than one of these companies then you will receive your products in separate shipments and it is possible that your products will not arrive at the same time since each company has a different shipping/processing turn around time. If this is the case you will be notified via email of the shipment status of each.

BACKORDERS AND UNAVAILABLE ITEMS



It is a possibility that any item that is ordered from this website will be either backordered or unavailable. If the item is backordered we will ship it as soon as the item becomes available. You will get an email notification if this happens. If we are unable to obtain the item, the full cost plus shipping will be credited back to you. We are not responsible for any harm/damages that may occur as a result of backordered or unavailable items.

 



RETURNS

 

Goody Two Shoes Merchandise Return Policy

 

To be eligible for credit, all returns must meet the following conditions:
1. Merchandise was ordered directly from Goody Two Shoes and have a valid invoice to confirm the return.

2. Merchandise must be returned within 90 days of the invoice date. Returns after 90 days of the invoice date will receive a maximum of 50% of the invoice value. No returned merchandise will be accepted after 90 days from the invoice date.

3. Merchandise is in the original packaging. Returns will NOT be accepted if the returned merchandise is not in its original packaging, or if the packaging bears any hand written marks such as style and/or sizing. All stickers or labeling applied to the packaging or the merchandise itself must be removed prior to returning; otherwise a 10% service charge will be assessed.

4. Merchandise must be clean, unused, and in salable condition.

5. Merchandise is NOT from any Goody Two Shoes final sales.

6. Goody Two Shoes reserves the right to refuse returns due to claims relative to merchandise's sizing, fitting, color, or dimensions, and has the final say in this regard.
 

Goody Two Shoes Merchandise Return Procedure

1. Please call us at 1-807-436-9099 for return authorization. A Return Label with a RA (Return Authorization) # or a UPS AR Label will be mailed to you. The UPS AR labels are issued only when the return is either due to Goody Two Shoes' shipping error or a manufacturing defect.


2. Completely fill out the Merchandise Return Form and attach it with the returned merchandise. Merchandise returned without the completely filled out Merchandise Return Form is subject to a 10% service charge and/or refusal of the package.


3. Affix the Return Label to the package to be returned. Merchandise received without a Return Label from Goody Two Shoes will be refused and returned unopened to the sender. Goody Two Shoes is not responsible for the shipping charge incurred from returns without a return label.


4. Please note that we reserve the right to NOT issue call tags. All returns must be prepaid. Collect returns, authorized or not, will be refused.


5. All returns due to Goody Two Shoes' shipping error or a manufacturing defect must be shipped via UPS Ground or standard U.S. Postal Service. If returns are shipped via any other methods, only applicable UPS Ground freight rate will be credited.

 

GOODY TWO SHOES CREDIT ISSUANCE POLICY

1. Full credit will be given on goods returned due to manufacturing defect or Goody Two Shoes shipping error. In either case, Goody Two Shoes will also reimburse the applicable shipping charge to the customer. In No event shall our liability extend beyond the full credit and the shipping charge. Shipment of replacement merchandise is limited to UPS Ground only and cross shipping will be charged before Goody Two Shoes receives the return merchandise.

2. Returns for reasons other than the above are subject to a 15% handling and restocking fee. In addition, the customer is responsible for the shipping charge.

3. No credit will be given on goods that have been altered in any way, or show signs of intentional tampering or excessive wear. Goody Two Shoes reserves the right for the final judgment in this regard.

4. No credit will be given until the returned merchandise has been inspected and evaluated by Goody Two Shoes Upon approval you will receive reimbursement to the original payment method. 
 

Highest Heel CollectionVivid Footwear Collection

 

Global Footwear/ Highest Heel/ Vivid Merchandise Return Policy

To be eligible for credit, all returns must meet the following conditions:
1. Merchandise was ordered directly from Global Footwear Inc. and have a valid invoice to confirm the return.

2. Merchandise must be returned within three (3) months of the invoice date. Returns after three (3) months of the invoice date will receive a maximum of 50% of the invoice value. No returned merchandise will be accepted after six (6) months from the invoice date.

3. Merchandise is in the original packaging. Returns will NOT be accepted if the returned merchandise is not in its original packaging, or if the packaging bears any hand written marks such as style and/or sizing. All stickers or labeling applied to the packaging or the merchandise itself must be removed prior to returning; otherwise a 10% service charge will be assessed.

4. Merchandise must be clean, unused, and in salable condition.

5. Merchandise is NOT from any Global Footwear Partners, Inc. final Closeout offers.

6. Global Footwear, Inc. reserves the right to refuse returns due to claims relative to merchandise' s sizing, fitting, color, or dimensions, and has the final say in this regard.

 

Global Footwear/ Highest Heel/ Vivid Merchandise Return Procedure

Elegant Moments Merchandise Return Policy

Due to Federal Health regulations, Swimwear, Hosiery, Lingerie, Wigs, Eyelashes and some Costumes are considered intimate apparel and cannot be returned. Most Elegant Moments items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
